COVID-19: Detroit's Black Community is Disproportionately Falling Ill and Dying 2020-04-07
The Sheriff's Office says Collins has died of the coronavirus. Commander Collins died on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the age of 63. He was a member of the Sheriff's Office for almost 30 years.
