KATHY: Hey Tobin, I'm back in LA, it's very hot and sunshine-y and very trafficky please call me back.
[SFX: BEEP]

TOBIN: Kathy, it's me, I just got stuck on the train for an hour. But you know what? Still better than LA traffic! JK, love you girl, call me back.
KATHY: Hey Tobin, I am at a sex toy convention. Unrelated, I'm sending you some mail and don't be alarmed if it vibrates.
TOBIN: I am calling from Kentucky, just wanted to update you, on the whole Kim Davis thing.
KATHY: Tobin, pick up your phone, that thing I've been looking for, I found it!
TOBIN: Kathy, you need to pick up the phone.
KATHY: Hey Tobin, me and my mom booked our tickets to Taiwan. Talk to you soon!
TOBIN: Did I know you were going to Taiwan with your mother AKA the third host of Nancy? Oh before I forget, we have to do the trailer for Season Three!
KATHY: When are we going to have the time to do that?
TOBIN: I mean we are sitting across from each other? In the same studio?
KATHY: So we're not pretending to do voicemails anymore?
TOBIN: Music please!
[MUSIC]
VOX 1: We started talking about you know, the gay 90's and he's like "what's that? what's that? what's that?" We were like, young man, sit down, we are going to show you and you know where you need to start, particularly as a young man of color? You need to see Punks!
KATHY: How do you think a kid can come out to their parents?
VOX 2: Five steps!
VOX 3: Okay, number one.
VOX 2: Write a letter. If you're really lazy just write five sentences.

VOX 4: So when I told you in November, I think I'm gay, what were your thoughts, what did you think?
VOX 5: Well to be perfectly honest with you, now that you can't get mad at your mother? I knew, already.
VOX 4: She told you?

VOX 6: There's a part of me that worries whether or not he thinks that my kidney is imperfect, the fact that he has a lifeline that he won't take. I wonder if that means, in his head, that my kidney represents all the bad things he sees in his son, and he's worried that by receiving it he'll become bad.
VOX 7: The truth is it did happen in Laramie, right? But at the same time, it happens everywhere else in America, so why did it happen in Laramie has very specific reasons. But the same question can be asked of any other place where there's a hate crime.

VOX 8: Well, We had just lost Matt, and I...crap I'm sorry, um...We frequently leave our loved ones without telling them how much we love them. And you never know when it's going to be over. And I just wanted people to realize, really, how short life can be.
