Stephen McKinley Henderson

(Gardener). Stephen McKinley Henderson’s Obie and Lucille Lortel Awards are for outstanding lead actor in Between Riverside and Crazy by Stephen Adley Guirgis. He received a Tony nomination and the Richard Seff Award for his performance as Bono in the 2010 revival of Fences with Denzel Washington and Viola Davis. His last Broadway appearance was in 2017 as Torvald in the replacement cast of Lucas Hnath’s A Doll’s House, Part 2 led by Julie White.
