Michael Hill

Michael Hill is NYPR's Host of Morning Edition at WNYC. 

Michael is a native of Newark and has spent the last 6-plus years covering the Garden State as an anchor, correspondent and multi-media journalist.

He's thrilled to have stepped into the role of hosting — anchoring, writing and delivering news and announcements to the metro area and beyond. Michael is an avid Scrabble player, cherishes a great mystery and welcomes great opportunities to laugh at life.
