Kate Hinds

 

Kate Hinds is a senior producer on All of It. Previously, she was the planning editor in WNYC's newsroom. She's been with the station long enough to have experienced life in the Municipal Building. She’s encouraged people to attend MTA board meetings, reported on the dangers of left turns, written about the persistence of hot subway cars, lamented the C train, explored the link between poverty and traffic crashes, and defended pigeons. She recently debated sidewalk etiquette on air. She lives with her family in Manhattan, and Oliver is her local bodega cat.
